Gentlemen please be careful out there, shoveling snow is a mother and a cardio nightmare. Maine Med here in Portland get most of their heart attack and back related patients right after our snow storms.
Like our old Flatheads, you gotta warm up and stretch. From December to March I don't even have to go to the gym, mother nature provides my workouts
