The Bumper Brackets on a 130-B were only used on 130-B's . They are extremely hard to find. They are about 16-18" longer than the standard ones that are on all of the rest of Model A's that use bumpers. You can weld an exstintion piece to get the proper length but I don't think you can make it perfect . plus I don't know how save the welding would be . Here shows how far they should extend out the rear of the truck.
