For the past 50 years or so, it was noted that for less human eye strain, an excellent combination always highly recommended in a 2 bulb fixture for "Task" lighting is one (1) Daylight Bulb and one (1) Cool Light Bulb which blends in the different bulb kelvin temperatures and frequencies ............. in a four (4) bulb, fixture, (2) & (2) is recommended.
