The hood on my 47 is off real bad. Its had 3 different hinges. Someone put new hole on pass side the inside one to make better. Still doesn't shut right.
It looks like the nose maybe off center some but have not loosened the nose.
The way the hood are made some maybe different seems the pass side is problem.
As the years go by and fixing the cars up not all cars have original hood.
Mine is no way original. I was told its a early 47 has 46 nose and hood not right.
One day the sun was just right and on fire wall was Sept 47 that's late to be early 47.
I may try speedway hood hinge kit.
