I have this exact monkey wrench & like Ray, believe it to be for 1928.
I think it was Bill Henderson who put out a good pictorial of all the Model A tools as they changed every 3 or so months throughout production.
This Moore Drop Forge Ford script wrench is in his early 1928 section.
