Job done ,many thanks guys ,after I did the post I returned to the garage and took off the top of the carb and no fuel in the bowl,so I took out the float and put in a new needle and housing from my rebuild kit and connected the top to the fuel line over a container and turned it over with my wife holding the container ,and it squirted out ,now got a nice running throttle responsive engine, cant be more pleased , many thanks again , cheers Jim.
