I have painted in 35-45 temps---but then the painted items have to be mover to a warm place ---I tried some samples, even after 1 week in cold temps the sample seemed dry when cold, but got soft and sticky when warmed --but another week in warm hardened it ----but long term exposure testing can take years--I have some samples of other experiments going on 20+ years of testing
