Never had this problem on my 31 coupe, probably more so on 4 door or open top cars where you would get more twist in the body, but still worth keeping an eye on.

Pan Gasket

I want to clean my oil pan/sump with the engine in the frame I have the gasket set ready for the reinstall, trouble is the more I look into doing it the more difficult it looks, Dave O'neill here in...

Wonder if you guys could help, I'm about to fit an Aries muffler to my coupe, Have removed the old muffler it looks nothing like the normal muffler you see on a model A its just a standard cylinder...

Could it be the other side of the engine a leak from the valve cover spitting onto the exhaust down pipe.

I'm using Redex Lead replacement 250ml bottle enough for 4 full tanks of gas. I have put the first lot in but as we speak I have not used the car yet.

Here in the UK I have the same problem, engine like a sawing machine and all that, so the other day I tried a better grade of fuel and the chattering has gone a bit quieter I just hope my tiny mine...

Sounds a great trip BUT if it were me my car would would be in a container and on its way to the states with a new distributor and a new carb good luck.

Regardless of how long I have been running or the terrain travelled winter or summer when I stop my engine goes cold very quickly probably 20 mins half hour, I'm never sure whether to use the choke...
