34 front fender , rear brace.

Hi , I have 1 brace with the inner end bolted to the chassis , on the other side of car it is mounted up higher where the main fender and inner fender join.
Which is correct ? Photos ?

Other side all done . Took it for a drive , slight contact on one side , had to remove it and give it a touch up with the angle grinder. All good now. I think these retainers should be mandatory...

I have found the repo ones don't last long on a heavy car if it is a driver. Go for nos or use modern nylon ones like the hot rodders use
