I have a 1930 Spt-cpe that has been setting for 40 years, the oil in the rear is low and I am wondering if I should drain it and refill or just top it off.. there is a little residue on the outside....

I have a Zepher manifold with two Ford 94 carbs, are the 94 carbs suitable or should I use another carb. The 94's need rebuilding so at this point I what to find the best carb.
