The darkness you have in the USA is very dark. Even the light bits are very dark. It takes more energy to run lights there and with 110 volts in your house it is a wonder you can see anything at all....

To me 50/50 would be a sports setting mainly for handling.
For ride you need little resistance on compression and plenty on rebound.
Well, not too much on rebound that the wheels don't come down...

The Comp V is good for 149 mph. Enough rubber for a Sunday outing.

They are a cross ply/bias tyre and Coker stopped making them with the introduction of the radial a long time ago. Back ordering...

There was an old pub in Blackball NZ that was called the Hilton. Had been for about 100 years or so, i'm told.
They changed the name to former Hilton to avoid a legal rangle....
