KD supplies it, and I've used my own. They still unscrew. Letting the engine go stone cold before removing a plug helps.

I've had those back out with the plug when removing the plug. If you use them, keep a new one around in case that happens.

Have 2 pairs of bearing shells, for 2 rod throws, with flanges. .040 undersize journal dia. $100 for all four plus shipping by USPS or UPS.

Yes. $125 each for block and crank, $200 for both. Crank might clean up at .010, will for sure at .020.
