Help finding insurance

Hey I was wondering if anyone on here knows of an insurance company that will insure classic cars for a 19 year old.

I've spoken to both Hagerty and Grundy and they say you have to be 25 or have...

Haven't checked spark yet I'm going to try and run it with out the gas cap as suggested by JSeery.

The gage on the dash says the battery is good but who knows if it's accurate. If I throw it on the charger and start it again in a few minutes it's fine again.

1951 ford f-5 troubleshooting

Hey iv got a 1951 ford f-5 with a 239 flathead V8.
It starts very well but won't run for long maybe 30min at idle or 5min on the road then it stalls out.My best guess is fuel problem or bad...
