I believe when “NEW” these cars were never driven at 60 mph or about 100km per hour, because of the roads 90 years ago.

For interest.
My 28 RHD South African assembled RPU has round grooved pedals of a little over 60mm or just over 2”. The shafts are elongated 10mm by 20mm approx. half in by 3/4 in.

Mine has a rear bumper.
The guy who restored my 29 RPU many years ago, had to use a car frame, as that was all he could find at the time and the PU frame was shot. Hence the rear bumper...

The tank on the pickup is above the drivers knees. The cowl, instrument panel and part of the fire wall is the fuel tank, with the filler cap and the wind screen on top.

If you don’t mind me asking. What is the reason for wanting to fit a 39 trans to the back of an A/B engine?
Are there any advantages to the later trans on the A or B engine?

Could anyone give me the size and thread of the Model A shut off valve. This is the approximate 1/2 inch end which screws into the bottom of the fuel tank.
