If you do a compression check, just make sure all spark plugs are removed so it's easier on the starter and open the throttle so the intake isn't restricted. You'll get more accurate readings. There...

Previous posts are correct about being cramped inside. The truck looks original from what I can see, and in good shape. Engine is rusty but can be cleaned up. Hoses should be replaced with original...
