I’ve come close to hitting them a few times in the last 25 years up here. They will destroy a car/pickup if hit squarely.

Never used one of those, although it does look easier than the cork. But I’ve never had a problem with cork and a little rtv to join the pieces.

I’m confused, Is antifreeze coming out of the exhaust bolt holes? Or out of the cylinder head bolts?
If exhaust, then you’ve got a crack or rust through, if cyl head, it could be just a gasket or?...

My sisters live in NW Houston, not a drop of rain. But Louisiana did not fair as well. Hope they get back on their feet soon.

There are afyermarket “airplane” Shock mounts that came out in the 40s and 50s to replace the old Houdaille shocks. They bolt in the same spot.
They are still available places like eBay and here on...

When I worked at a radiator shop in the 70’s, we would use Muratic acid to clean the inside of the radiators before I painted them. It got them shiny as new on the inside, If any got on the outside...

The breakdowns don’t even show a shaft for the wiper. Does the nut on the shaft...

I can take four pictures of the same subject, three of them will not post and one will. Must be Internet magic...
