Can anyone give me some input on Diamondback tires.I have cokers 450-4.75-16 on the front of my AV8 (biasply) ,need to replace them.I want to go with the 550R16 from Diamondback (radial) they have...

Thanks for your input,I want to run the 550 - 16 on the front of my AV8.I seen in an earlier post where some one sealed the rims with a small amount of JB weld on all of the rivets.I will check with...

Wide 5 rims

Can I run radial tires on wide 5 rims.I have Coker bias ply on them now , would like to go to radials.Thanks in advance for any info.

I replaced an axle last year.Changing the axle is the easy part.The work was in taking the whole rear end out and putting it back in.

I,ve got 1 running 8BA ,4 8BA blocks and cranks,1 Canadian (running status unknown ,turns over)1 earlier block???,1EAB,and 1 52 mercury (good engine needs rebuild).
That"s 31 so far.

There was a thread by Malpais 2 days ago,he had a set of wide 5 drums (still attached to rear end) in Ohio and was thinking of throwing them out,you may want to contact him.
