Just got my Ď41 distributor back from Charlie NY, I could barley get the car home one day. He rebuilt it totally, new bearings, points etc, runs great.

That is a great find, I wouldnít mind having a dump truck but space and money preclude that from ever happening. Do keep the pictures coming it will be interesting to see the project progress.

I have a metal can type just before my fuel pump, donít use plastic(if it melts youíll be adding more fuel to the fire so to speak).

You will have to pull the retainer and remove the valve it may be bent, if not clean and lube the guide/ valve.

How are you supposed get the shock link nuts off the spring mount on a Ď41 Ford, I ended up using a chisel. I was able to get one side tight with a thin stumpy box wrench, I couldnít get anything on...
