Chuck, my guess is it came with leather check straps, when my wife’s uncle restored the car he could have used 30- 31 check gear or could have salvaged them from something else, I just don’t know....

Bill-I would love to claim the restore as my own but it was my wife’s uncle who poured his heart, soul, and mind into it. It truly is a unique vehicle. I’m just trying to carry on his legacy and...
