Like most things on these cars, king pins are not difficult to work on. If you have either Les Andrews' or Les Pearson's book, there are simple to follow directions. (I prefer Pearson's book)

I assume you have the front end lifted off the ground. If not, you are fighting the weight of the car to force grease in there. Another possibility is that the bush has turned in the stub axle,...
