If Casco supplied the cover, they will make it right. Call their tech line and they will talk you thru it. Of any of the T-bird suppliers, Casco is the best supplier, been using them for years....

Just a little info. the rear end banjo on a '34 is narrower than '35 up. Gears are different. I think it's about 1/4 inch or so narrower.
