'30 Tudor sedan 1 piece apron and running board

Hi, looking for ideas on how to replace the running boards on my Tudor. I know I have to lift the body to replace the 1 piece apron/running board. The car was restored 40 years ago by my father....

Not a "brand" per say. Around this area, our family is known for owning and driving Model As. All my cars have a Maltese Cross on the rear, 34 years firefighting, now retired.

The Tudor was was restored by my father 40 yrs ago for my wedding. Still fires and runs the best.
