Thanks nkaminar, I too have a "Heavy Fordor, a '30 Town Sedan. I will try increasing the pressure and see how it rides.

BTW a "heavy" Town Sedan is only ~245 ibs. more than a deluxe Coupe.

How is the ride at that pressure?Do the tires wear more in the middle being over pressured?

I run my American Classic radials at 35 psig and it rides really nice.

I agree. Altho the chart shows the W-16Y is hotter, my car runs much cleaner with the W-18s. The chart is a little confusing because it also states a W-16Y is between an W-18 and W-14?...

I would say most 1930-31 cars, closed or open, have more room than the 1928-29, except most of the Fordors, which are the basically same for all years.
