To answer your question most set their coils for a “hand crank start” to work best between 2 to 2-1/2 volts so that would be the minimum a magneto would need to produce to get the engine started....

First thing to look at are worn pedal cams and the slow speed notch. On every Model T I have owned they were worn out and needed replacing.

Hold a burning match or lighter next to the glass. Reflection of one flame is single pane glass and a reflection of two flames is double pane glass.

Manual Choke Wire from Carburetor to Radiator

The choke wire sold by the vendors is brittle and if you have to “un-bend” the end on the carburetor the wire breaks easily. Am I installing wrong or is there a solution?

I usually deal with Snyder’s or Lang’s for parts. Snyder’s sells both Model A and Model T parts. Lang’s only sells Model T parts but also has a huge inventory of good used parts
