Yes they bolt on. 35's are 16", 32's 18" 33/34's are 17".

I'm moving on to the body part of a 29 standard coupe I have. I have a subframe for a Tudor which I thought was just a matter of lenthening a bit but after looking at it the side rail is nowhere...

I have found the best ride is an origional spring, linish any wear ridges ,round and taper the ends and grease between the leaves.Especially so if you run tube shocks.The new leaves seem very stiff...

I have been told the safest way is to have the later wheel centre machined to suit the bigger diameter centre of the early drum. But then the wheels would only ever be good on an early drum.

I do that all the time too. Only way to see if you buy it off the local dealer or the US dealer. Like you say,go figure and do the homework instead of complaining about it later like the OP.:)

Yeah that's what I did. Same process. Slow and steady. Be carefull buying a new spring that if you are retaining the Model A perches ect. you need 11/16 eye or if you are going hot rod style to 32 or...

I just marked mine at 1" centres and put it in the press a bit at a time. Leave it out in the sun for a few hours first.

Going on memory here but you may need to have a good look at the repro rods as there was a problem with them breaking I think? Maybe someone can find the thread?
