Re: Who knows of California Swap meets for 2014?

June. 21 & 22 is Model T swap meet and Sept. 28 is Model A swap meet at the Little League Ball Park north of San Bernardino off I-215. Both are very good meets with lots of early Ford parts.

I have the serpentine pulley system and I LIKE it. It has cut down on vibration at all rpms and I don't have to settle that certain sweet spot in tpms. I run at any speed I want without that...

I have had the same problem as you. B engine using the cork/neoprene seal, no leaks. I pulled all the bearing caps to check clearances when doing some other engine work and installed same seal...

Check out Vince Falter's website, (fordgarage.com) in the index, go down to Repo Valve Lifter.
I used A lifters on a B cam and both were eaten up in 2500 miles.

Steve:

Do you have a vent in the rear end. If the rear end is not vented, pressure will force the grease out the seal when the rear end warms up.
