Just saying yi know ,The metal ones are for ones with no trunks,this dosint look as good as Kpars ,but not that difficult to make you need a folder though ,

Cut a slot in them or get a chisel under the plate or Get a nail and tin some solder to it at one end ,then solder the drive nail and it together with a good soldering iron ,then unscrew it

Sometimes a cam can move just move the crank around , a zip lock doesn't give you 4 Deg , I could be wrong though

A Kr would give you a 4Deg built in advance ,You could pull the gear out fit longer bolts rotate it to were you want cam and all ,(use a large bar or the like between the bolts ) when the tooths...

The more flexible the springs are the better your shocks need to be ,A dry spring has a damping effect , but I guess you already new that ,

If you want to try your self Remove the carb and pull all the jets then blast it out (all the holes ) wth at least 100 psi of air ,prob the holes in the cast iron base with some copper wire ,

Some front wheel bearing adjustments can be to loose especially on larger wheel s ,the normal procedure tighten up loosely then back off one segmint and pin , back of to half that would be better use...

Run a jump wire from the Battery ground post to the sw coil terminal then do what Merc 42 said ,should get a snap of the lead ,this will tell you if the fault is south of that ,
