Hello, the problem is when changing down at high revs, hill trials the gearing is wrong. But thank you for your input.

Gear box replacement/modern alternative

Hi guys, Can anyone advise me on a modern replacement gearbox for my 29 A speedster. Currently I get arount 98mph using a high speed diff and three speed box but I think if if change to a 4 or 5...

ok, so i need to start with the lever up, i will try that, would it have caused a clunk, or a bang?

I start it with the lever down, I think it is on upside down as the light lever is at the top so yes I think its right..

Hi, yes they are attached, i had them fabricated, then the brackets are welded to the back on the brake drum so the turn with the wheel.

Thanks guys, appreciate the compliments. Headlights are P100's, she has an OHV conversion, A engine B crank, putting out around 124bhp, I have had her at 87mph on the sand. Glen is that your woodie?
