The supports I was speaking about are the ones that are riveted to the bumper bars and go up vertically and attach to the underside body. Body support brackets. A coupe should have...

Body alignment-Sport Coupe
We are in the process of aligning the body on the frame of a 30' Sport Coupe.
Having problems with the front cowl and hood as usual.

Coupe glass replacement

I have had a number of tanks restored by Brents shop including my own car. He does an excellent job. I have seen the shop and procedure first hand, and it won't get any better.

This is what a shaft looks like when an owner does not do any maintenance on an engine.
Most of the cars and trucks that come into my shop have not had the hoods open since the Eisenhower...

Distributor question
After the distributor has been disassembled, cleaned and ready for reassembly, what do some of you use to lubricate the shaft and bushings that will hopefully last???

Removed the cut out from a generator we have in the shop. Removed the cover for inspection. There were two pieces of solder loose inside. One end of the inner parts looked like it got very hot. ...

Mr Rutter and others. You were right, The inner ring was not there. Apparently broke into pieces or fell away. I will order parts tomorrow. Thank you again!!!

AA truck wiring question
Anyone know if they make a wiring harness that is made for a AA Truck/flatbed??
Or do we make the wiring longer for the rear of the truck???

I appreciate the drawing. The AA truck is a 31'. I think the generator is original to the truck. 31 generator. The retaining ring is on the shaft and is visible when the shaft comes forward

We have an AA truck in the shop for repairs. The pulley on the generator had screws(4) holding the pulley together. When I went to remove the pulley, the main shaft in the generator pulley forward...
