The wheel color from the factory depends on the exterior color of the car. The EFV-8 C/A 1933-1934 Book lists the correct color combos for wheels and body color for your car.

1932 Model B and "18" part numbers

Do 1932 Ford Model B cars equipped with the 4 cylinder Model B engine share "18" part numbers with the rest of the 1932 V-8 product line? Or are all Model B parts specific to Model B. I am guessing...
