I still have a big assortment of those inserts from working on equipment.All the taps,and drill bits are kept in the assortment and not allowed out in the rest of the world.Mine are called Keenserts.

Thats normal.It is just cast in,no need to finish it off.It just handles the overflow of oil,and spills it over onto the cam gear.

Possibly a donor car.I just sold the rear corners off one to a guy that said the repros were not available right now.I had a fire damaged coupe but the corners still had the pinstriping on them.
