The closed car swing arms will not work on a roadster.

I made a stop from the middle screw to keep the windshield closed. To keep the windshield open I place a piece of rubber between the two.

FOLLOW UP:

Redid compression test, this time with warm engine, throttles (2 carbs) wide open.

This is with a 4.2 head, spark to all plugs, only runs off of 3 and 4, with 1 and 2 disconnected...

nk, no funny noises from the engine.

What prompted me to start looking is that the last 3 or 4 times I took the car out it ran fine at first but would start to break down terribly after 30...

I just checked the intake with Propane and then WD-40 and it did not make any difference

. I also put in a new set of spark plugs and I’m still having the same problem with cylinders one and two....

Follow up:

Plugs to ground, OK

Rotor to dist body .030. With electronic ignition that should be ok, but changed to .025

Compression with 4.2 head

With the car running i pulled the spark plug lead from the top of each spark plug about 1-2 inches and got a good spark at each plug.

Isn't that just a regular 3/4" socket? It says Budd socket, I am unfamiliar with that term.

Yes I had not noticed that before. My right studs are labeled r. So I’m guessing to remove them I would turn them to the right?

The inner wheel stud on the left are labeled L. So I am guessing...

AA dual wheel removal?

I have removed the outer wheel from the AA, but how do you remove the inner wheel of a dual wheel truck? Do the studs get removed, or does the wheel and drum get removed as one?
