I'd check with Ft. Wayne Clutch for a replacement PP and clutch disc. If you can find a new ring gear installing it is a piece of cake. Put the flywheel in the freezer and heat the neat ring gear on...

the brackets that the cables slide into are there just don't know about the springs.

This is what I use. Pricier than jack stands or normal metal ramps but easy to position and store. Once they are set there is no chance of the car coming down one you like it is possible with a jack...

Put the flywheel in the freezer and heat the ring gear. I use the barbie instead of mama's oven. Helps keep the peace. The heated ring gear will slide right on the frozen ring gear and you'll be good...

I'm no wood worker but maybe using a Kreg jig would have made the jointing process stronger/easier?
