Re: '31 pickup rear fender filler panels
Don't forget to add the fender mounting carriage bolts to the filler strip before you rivet them to the bed. They don't fit once it's on, so which would require use of the undersized bolt.

I wouldn’t bring the 009 into this discussion. It’s a centrifugal advance distributor but needs a carb that is properly matched. 009’s are very particular.
