My Dad and I used our licence plates. His starts with KTY so he calls her Katie. Mine was IK so I call him Ike.

There is a place in Florida that has all the tools to reproduce the wood grain. I have the same problem, someone painted all my town sedans trim black... I'm eventually going to bring it here. ...

Thanks CabrioletDon. Yes its a lot of work. We did it on my dads coupe a few years ago but we had a new one that he had bought 40 years ago. Unfortunaly I'm not so luck to have one laying...

Check the hight of the hole against the dam where the valve tapet is. There was a dam where that hole is that let oil flow to the timing gear, however it became popular in the 70's to smash the dam...

SO... My radiator was leaking and I started to take it out to get re-cored. After I took the shroud off I found that the front frame crossmember was cracked where the front spring and crank bracket...

When done correctly, the car will stop very quickly. My Dad and I completely redid the brakes on his coupe (as per the instuctions in the "Restorer" don't remember the issue number) and that car...
