I am in the process of finding a place near Knoxville......does TN require state safety or emissions test on antique cars? How about any annual taxes.....personal property, etc.?

E10 fuel ate the coating in the gas tank on my '40 coupe and clogged up the whole system.......then it rusted on the interior surfaces.....then I replaced it with a SS tank.....no issues since.

In 7 years there is a possibility the cylinders rusted if the engine was not sealed and was exposed to mild/high humidity. Maybe a bit of kerosene/diesel in each cylinder for a week or so will free...

I had an 11 inch/machined flywheel on my 296 inch motor with lots of specialty work (vintage dragster motor).....worked very well, smooth action.....but a bit tough on old legs.

You are correct......the prop needs more pitch with reduced RPM.....but the motor needs more torque at the operating RPM....
