Does anyone know who carries correct male dovetails for 32 3w doors?
Ford made B-46421-A, B & C. B & C are off sets. I need a set of B,s.
I was told A & L Specialties might have them. Unable to...

Actually in Oregon you don't have to run a year of car plate.
If you bought a car new in 39 they would issue you a 39 plate.
The next year you would get a 40 plate and so on. You got a new
plate...

While restoring a nice original 3w, I realized the drivers door mechanism
was badly worn. The passenger side was fine. Brookville makes one that looks
spot on at first glance. 3W door mechanisms...

Very interesting David. I will install parallel to the upper door opening. One other

Thanks, I did notice a metal tab just behind the last roof bow. My body tag had several layers of paint on it, but was able to clean up and read the numbers. That's interesting
having two 3w body's...

I prefer interrupting the ground side of the battery, + side, for several reasons.
It's generally easier to deal with the ground cable to chassis. Also if you
interrupt the hot side of the battery...

I made a jig out of wood gently heated it with a hand held propane torch. aluminum goes
soft real quick. Tried to cold bend it. Just made a mess.
