Dean,
You have my sympathies but this time next year it will be a small bump on your road of life. Fix it quickly and let your pride recover.
Maybe a good thing you weren't a witness. A fender...

Re: Engine Stalls at Stop Signs
Nice research Ed.

Thanks to an early mentor, Marshall Dault, with the...

My best guess is that the door panel & seat upholstery might be from a 1960's LeBaron Bonney kit. I had a similar seat pattern from L-B in 1966 for my 1930 Coupe.
From the location of...

John,
Very correct observation John, in the paint world less is always more. More primer & topcoat paint will not make the surface more durable or have a deeper shine.

Re: Early '28 Model A - possible AR?
Easiest & biggest 'AR' feature is the location of the hand brake, either in front of the shift lever or all the way over on the left cowl. Left cowl side = 'AR".
All the other features you...

Re: "Diamond engine"

Re: Station wagon wood
'ctinin',
Feeling your pain... You might try a plastic credit card to scrape off the blistered varnish. When the card edge becomes dull, cut a fresh edge with a scissor.
If the varnished...

Bob,
I'd wish Happy New Year but I'm not convinced yet.
You lost me talking about changing rear bumper bars. I'll assume you have all the correct body blocks & rubbers in the correct places.

Re: Model A Beltline Variations?
Just to muddy things further, 30-31 coupe & roadster fenders are considered the same, probably with the same tail lamp mounting holes.
When pin striping a roadster I can get my hand around &...
