My 1931 Victoria’s carpet is in good shape, and I’m looking for a way to protect the driver and front passenger area of the carpet. I’m thinking about putting a rubber mat over top of the carpet.

Delrin does protect the lug nut area of the wheel, but the other end of the socket can still scar a nearby spoke. I ordered a Delrin socket from Amazon a while back, and I ended up returning it.

That’s a good point. I’m using a flexible hose. A solid “hose” would allow me to put more pressure on a stubborn fitting.

Also, I hadn’t thought about the weight of the car on the suspension...

Can anyone recommend a camera for recording the performance of a Model A suspension? I'd like to record something like this, as well as the wheels to see if there is any noticeable wobble.
