Duchess Blue Paint

Does anyone know of a source for Duchess Blue paint? My Body shop can't seem to find a source. Codes are Dupont GS733 and TCP IM 123.

What is the proper size of 12 volt battery to fit in the battery space on a 1924 touring. Either the Battery Group designation or the actual dimensions are needed for a replacement.
