Just Noticing the 40 convertible door top here in the US differs from that,it dosnt have the 2nd reveal or body line ,,here I believe just from 35 to 38

deuce_roadster which line of Single Stage Urethane is your preference? agree too on the 4 to 1 primers these days sure beats lacquer primer and air dry glazing putty,, I thinks it plays a part in...

Yep Im here in San Diego hands are tied ,That Deltron was really nice,flashed quick,,then came PPGs DCC single stage,,I feel best single stage of all time,,,,but the price! Hard to get out here too...

Tom I used TCPs products,there about a half hour from my house,the Acrylic enamel is the 8 to one I used on my buddy's VW nice shine out of that but is alot thinner the the AE I bought off Ebay.....

Hi 3quarter for a non metallic appears to work great ,,,if I do buff it at all it will be just a quick over with 2000 grit at a later date

Kube I will do that before I paint to make life a little bit easier ,,it took many hours to get things lined up,,I gave up on the side panel to the fender on the passenger side got it very close...

Yep that works just got back from the hardware store with a couple of bags of machine screws,,and on the bottom will just go with a c clip and a sheet screw,,, thanks much

Thanks u guys for the compliments...Have to admit though its still is probably the case mine is a fake,well its a real club but the reason its a roadster is the doors were in such horrible shape...
