Re: Stp.

In the early 70's, if you ran an STP decal at a NHRA national meet, you got some $$ and a case of snake oil. I asked my buddy (who drove for a factory team) what he did with the STP...... he said it...

Re: 1932 vin

Re: AC Electric Fuel Pump?

My 39 Ford has an electric pump. The pump quit working after it sat with a load of pump gas with alcohol junk. We removed the tank and discovered that the pump was stopped up with rubber hose...

Re: cleaning alloy

I was putting the aluminum Ford heads back onto my 59L and accidentally got some silver anti-seize on the head. I wiped it off with a rag and VIOLA, it took the stains off (or it hid them). Heads...

Re: 1935 Remote Door Lock Spring

There is a solution for broken spring retaining tabs. Someone makes/sells little "U" shaped clips that fit where the tab used to be (both sides of the tab) and bend to capture the spring just like...

Re: Sealing/protecting aluminum heads

I accidentally found that silver antiseize makes aluminum heads and intakes look new. Putting heads on recently, I used too much antiseize on the nuts and wiped the stuff off with a shop towel.......

Re: What would cause my right front to be lower?

Troubleshooting 101? With the wheels pointed straight ahead:

1. are the front tires the same size on both sides?
2. are the rear tires the same size? One rear tire larger makes the truck sit...

Re: 1/4” or 5/16” Fuel Line?

5/16 ID line has 1.57 times the area of 1/4 ID line. But does

Re: 1932 The Deuce, Dually, Dump Truck

Why do people trust their documents (and Pictures) to a third party? Nobody who operates these sites (and the cloud) give a rat's pootey about your information security. Buy a SSD (ultra cheap) and...

Re: Aluminum oxidation reduction

OK, I have experimented with using silver antisieze on aluminum heads. Use a rag to wipe a thin coat on the aluminum.... keeps them clean looking for quite a while. Try it
on a piece of scrap if...

Re: NOS heads

Hey! My single RNOS FORA head is not a wall hanger! It is a door stop. Wall hangers dent the floor when they fall.
