Temperature sender

I am about to install a temperature sender in an aluminum head. The instructions say not to use Teflon tape because it could affect accuracy. Would anti-seize be OK? I’m concerned about the threads...

Unfortunately I’m still messing around with this. My understanding is that the fulcrum arm on the fuel pump needs to have a little pre-load with the pushrod in the lowest position ( it goes down...

I’m back to being a little confused. I looked at the C&G catalog online and it shows the seals being put on the doors. Could ‘41 be different than ‘46-‘48?

1940-1941 front brake hub***FOUND***

FWIW, when I had my ‘50, the hood popped completely open on the highway and folded back over the windshield. I don’t know if it was from worn springs, but was definitely more excitement than I needed!
