Thumbs up Re: 28-29 vs. 30-31 roadster bucket/cab?

I'm 6 ft, 245 lbs and have owned both '29 and '31 roadsters. I only have a '31 roadster now. One of main reasons I kept it is because I fit a whole heck of a lot better! ;)

Thumbs up Re: Need help identifying tool

Ditto. I had one for my 1929 Chevy coach I had in high school. It had the uncommon 20" wooden artillery wheels. The slot in the rim nut end was for opening and closing a lock on the split rims. ...

Smile Re: Never Tried To Restore

A 7-tooth steering gear was the hardest assembly I have restored. Shocks, babbit, & rear-ends are to complicated for me. Plus, the lack of proper tools.

Smile Re: What is this Accessory called?

I've got some Western Auto catalogs from 1929, 1930, etc. that show some radiator accessory "do-dads". One is a long lightening bolt and another is a stylized dragon figure. That were to be...
