Re: Extended warrantee

Actually, I would tell them they screwed the guy they did the work for. They are either incompetent or crooks. I would tell them in either case, I donít want to deal with them.

I checked the wheelskins website and they will make special sizes at no additional cost. All you have to do measure the diameter And circumference of the Steering wheel.

Re: Synthetic Oil for Model A

WHN,

Iím with you. Model Aís have probably taken a lot more abuse over the years than weíll even know.

I would only worry if I had just paid $4K or $5K to have the engine rebuilt.

He doesnít have the best technique, e.g., using both hands. I guess it works for him, until it doesnít! But...

Re: A parts supply stores Q.

Hardtimes,

The first time I went to C.W. Moss, about 6 years ago, I asked for a catalog and they gave me one that must have been published in the ‘70’s or ‘80’s. The guy said it was the same as...

Re: 1928 Sparton Horn cover

Steve,

I’m not totally clear on what the question is, but the date of the patent of an invention normally precedes the date of manufacture. A company could start manufacturing an invention before...

Re: The Terry Burtz 5 main bearing engine blocks are back on track.

I’m on the list but I haven’t heard anything about when to pay, who to pay and the specific amount.

Are there enough kits being shipped to the U.S. for everyone on the list?

In addition,...

Re: Repro 1930-31 Front Fenders

Thanks JW. I notice that a lot of those restoration programs on TV point out that most aftermarket sheet metal is rarely a bolt-on situation. Most after market stuff has to be massaged to fit.

I...

Re: Repro 1930-31 Front Fenders

I bought some Fenders for my ‘30 Roadster from Brookville but haven’t put them on yet. Does anyone know if they are a problem also?

Re: Floorboard drawing for 1931 Ford with 1939 Transmission
