36 Ford Antenna Wire

I'm looking for a source for the fabric covered coaxial antenna wire used with 36 Ford radio (Philco FT-9). I plan to run it for a spare tire antenna lead 68-18812. Any help would be appreciated....

I'm considering adding an oil filter to my 36 Flathead. This appears to be the correct unit. Is it a one shot filter; i.e. you discard after an oil change? It doesn't appear to have a cartridge.
