Members Heard, and v8 coopman did a long detailed thread on building the idler pulley you need I think, in Heards 35 pickup. Maybe you can pm one of them.

Very surprised no one else chimed in on this, but if you have a 59a in already, a 59ab is the same motor really. The AB on the heads mean they are interchangeable side to side, where as the earlier...

You cut off the front pulley, and use your old generator. I'd use the aluminum intake too cause I like em. May need to make spacers under the motor mounts.
