Awesome info. I actually have 2 of the condensers and tried both to no avail. I really dislike the Accel coil for purely because of its size so I plan to put a new one on. Any suggestions?

I have about a 16th of an inch clearance with the crossmember unfortunately.

Bore .640 pulley diameter 4inches. Nah doesn't have to be aluminum.

Well while I have the distributor out waiting for charlieNY to check it out, on to the next issue. My blower pulley is damaged because some numb nuts didnt have it tight and wallowed out the keyway....

I dont know. I only said its not cracked. lol. Great point though, i get your meaning. It could be shot as far as I know. Im just trying to get ideas of what to check/replace.

Looks like the running boards have been lengthened if anything. The guy I bought it from got it in pieces. The truck was started over 20 years ago and never finished. Here is how it looked 18 months...
