Re: Anyone know or deal with an Alan Flowers??

I'm not familiar with Venmo, but hopefully this jerk did not get your bank account number during the transaction. If it was me, just to be safe, I would go to my bank and get a new account number.

Re: Dope trying to dope out a signal light issue

Good clean grounds first. For some reason I have found that the 41-48 cars definitely need really good clean grounds. I have even added a ground strap to the housing stud that protrudes into the back...

There is a 2" sidebar on each side of the forum(at least on my computer) and ads in the sidebar would not be as bothersome as they are at the top or bottom. Can't speak for others, but ads in the...

Re: '34 bent rear spring perches

Heat the hanger an inch or two below the spring eye to a cherry red and slowly bend into place. I've bent front hangers several times when splitting the front wishbones.

Re: Stewart Warner Parts Source?

Check e-Bay. Autometer makes gauge brackets for 2 1/16 gauges. If the spacing is correct for the mounting posts the Autometer bracket should work. check e-Bay # 264598840222
