The windshield looks high like a standard. We didn't get a proper deluxe here, but the screen should be shorter and so the bows should be lower and are made differently.

It will show 28-28 roadster and 30-31 standard.
Th 30 deluxe ones look like cheap strap steel.

Looks like a standard roadster to me. Speedway has the dimensions for the standard and deluxe windscreen frame. Is that a Canadian roadster? Might have the cast brass type Ford badge if it is.

There's not much to go wrong with the head. Not much to go wrong with the fuel pump.

Usually the brakes still work on one wheel. Suspension still works with no shocks. Doesn't have wooden wheels....

Don't know if they are still available, but there was a shock restoration kit that had a bunch of lead shot to block off the holes.
